Programme Fee & Payment Terms

The programme fee for Work & Travel USA Summer 2010 is RM 3,048. This includes:

- obtaining the DS 20-19 form
- assisting in the visa application process, including visa scheduling
- confirmed job contract
- SEVIS fee
- pre-departure orientation
- assistance services in the USA
- travel & medical insurance.

The programme fee is payable as follows:

- RM 150 non-refundable initial deposit on passing interview and signing Agreement
- RM 2,948 on finalizing package of documents for DS2019 and acceptance of job

The programme fee does not include the following:

- visa fee charged by the US embassy and VFS (RM 532)
- air fair: depends on time of year and route selected.

Late Applications

Applications received less than 4 weeks before the date of departure for the USA will incur an additional charge of RM 100, to cover the cost of sending documents and funds to the USA.

Cancellations and Refunds

Programme Fee:

- should notification of withdrawal come before the DS 2019 form is issued, a cancellation fee of RM 700 will apply. The balance of any additional programme fee already paid will be refunded
- should notification of withdrawal come after the DS 2019 form is issued, a cancellation fee of RM 1,100 will apply. The balance of any additional programme fee already paid will be refunded.

Visa Application Fee:

There will be no refund of the visa application fee charged by the US embassy even if the application is refused. A cancellation fee of RM 700 will apply. The balance of any additional programme fee already paid will be refunded.

SEVIS Fee:

The US Government SEVIS fee of US $ 35 (RM 120) is non-refundable and will be charged in addition to the above cancellation fees if the DS 2019 form has been issued.
